Unhinged: From the Beach to the Bowl and Beyond

The story behind Unhinged Clothing begins in the surf shops along the Jersey coast. Extreme athletes experienced a new style of threads--forged from a unique fusion of cutting-edge materials in a virtually unlimited selection of contemporary designs. The styles were hot and the fan reaction was even hotter.

Following the unprecedented response, Unhinged Clothing began popping up in extreme shops across the US, from California to North Carolina. Canada and Costa Rica weren’t far behind. In the summer of 2009 the company relocated to Dallas, Texas and expanded its clothing line into all action sports.
